We, the assembly of born-again believers in Christ Jesus at Victory in the Cross Ministries, being united in purpose, having an understanding of the times and knowledge of the written Word of God (the Bible); share a common and growing concern that the greater part of the present-day church has ventured away from many of its fundamental doctrines, thereby departing from "The Faith". In the course of this departure from "The Faith", we have witnessed that main-line denominations along with many in church leadership, having been seduced and no longer being wholly lead by the Spirit of God, has subscribed to heretical doctrines, guiding the body to embrace works of the flesh, which has caused many to be unskilled and even reluctant to share the Gospel, as well as being ill-equipped in making disciples unto Jesus Christ.
       Therefore we find it not only desirable, but consider it necessary to bond together and set forth the following Principles; establishing this fellow ship, recognizing that the Lord has called us to;

               1. Advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ; The Message of the Cross
               2. Return to the basics of worship, being lead by the Holy Spirit
               3. Seek the Lord our God with ALL our heart 
               4. Declare what is the Whole Counsel of God; The Word of God in entirety
               5. Visit the sick and remember the poor
               6. Take up the Great Commission; Preaching and Making Disciples
